Kubota Montréal : More than a job, it’s a passion

The branch located at 18980 Trans-Canada Highway in Baie-D’Urfé holds in their team Andrew Franceschini. 33-year-old Andrew Franceschini is passionate about his work. By his own admission, diesel is leaking in his veins. This is not surprising since he has been passionate about landscaping and excavation since his teenage years. 

“I joined the Kubota Montreal team in January 2010, he explains. Previously, I was an excavator operator so I was already on familiar ground. Moreover, my family had a landscaping business and owned Kubota equipment. I knew very well the products and I knew it was a great brand. » 

When he accepted the proposal to join the Kubota Montreal team as a Product Specialist, Mr. Franceschini had to keep learning as the agriculture field was unknown to him. 

“I learned the products. I wanted to know precisely farmers needs. For me, it is essential to adequately know customers expectations and above all, to suggest the right product to the right person. » 

Andrew Franceschini's apprenticeship was a success. As proof, since 2017, it appears annually in the list of Kubota's Top 25 Representatives in Canada. Last year, he even appeared in the prestigious top 10. 

“I have the privilege of working in a field that fuels me. I had the immense privilege of visit Kubota's headquarters in Japan as well as the six manufacturing plants. I can't say enough good things about Kubota. They are great products and the reliability of Kubota equipment is known in the market. I love this field so much that even today, I lend assistance to my brother when needed. Operating construction equipment is more than a job for me. It's a passion. »
